KIIT and KISS Founder Dr Achyuta Samanta met UN officials in New York during his recent visit to the country.
At the meeting, Dr Samanta discussed on various issues including eradication of poverty through quality education. On the sidelines, five permanent passes were issued by the UN to KISS representatives to attend various UN programmes.
Dr Samanta also discussed about the KISS model with Senator Timothy J Roemer and about hunger issues with CEO of Feeding America in Washington. The KISS Founder also delivered a talk at the St Cloud University and was felicitated by the public of Minneapolis. During the visit, the KIIT inked MoUs with three American Universities.
