The three minor girls of the Delang area in Puri district who were allegedly kidnapped by a dance teacher and choreographer last month have finally returned to their villages.
The three girls were rescued from Jaunpur Wazipur village in Mugalsarai district of Uttar Pradesh, sources said.
Choreographer Krushna Mallik had taken the three girls to Baleswar for a stage show on April 19 and took them to Uttar Pradesh from the venue instead of bringing them back to their village.
Following the complaint of the victims’ families, the Puri police had gone to Uttar Pradesh to rescue the girls.
