Prafulla Kumar Nayak of Khurda town had lodged a complaint before the Vigilance against the ASI for demanding the illegal gratification to submit a final report in a case registered against his younger brother. The Vigilance team held a trap on Friday and while ASI Behera was accepting the bribe from Nayak and keeping it in pocket, he was caught.
