The Vigilance police on Wednesday raided the residence and office of Anandapur Barrage Division Assistant Engineer Nanda Kishore Sahu on the charge of acquisition and possession of property disproportionate to his known sources of income.
Sources said four separate teams of the anti-graft wing conducted the simultaneous raids on his house in Keonjhar, his office and Government quarters at Salapada in Anandpur and his ancestral house in Ghasipura in the district.
Following a complaint against Sahu, the Keonjhar Vigilance DSP had directed to conduct the raids.
The total assets belonging to Sahu was calculated at Rs 83,01,120
