Pooja Naik (8), daughter of a tribal couple Sudam Naik and Padminee Naik of Balita village of Birikala panchayat under Joda block, wants to lead a life like other girls of her age, but she is helpless as she was born a deaf and dumb.
The poor parents who are daily wagers had tried their best to give all medical treatment by selling their house hold belongings but were not successful for which the family is always remaining under mental stress and agony.
