Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Saturday approved the proposal of inclusion of construction of Kalyan Mandaps in different urban areas across the State under the Special Development Programme (SDP).
Sources said the construction of the Kalyan Mandaps would create permanent infrastructure, besides fulfilling the needs of the people. Patnaik too directed the concerned officials to complete the construction of the Kalyan Mandaps in time.
