In a one-day visit to the State here on Wednesday, Union MSME Minister Kalraj Mishra assured to take all necessary steps for restoration of MSME industries in the State.
The Minister said this at the BJP State office here after having discussions with the Chief Minister, the Industries Minister, the concerned officials and representatives of various industry bodies.
Mishra discussed with the party workers on various issues. State president KV Singh Deo and senior party leader Biswabhusan Harichandan apprised him of the State’s current scenario in the industry sector.
The Union Minister was told that the MSMEs in the State are going through a very bad phase. Many of the industries have turned out to be sick. Odisha can play a crucial role in the country’s growth, if the human resources of the State are given proper training, suggested a party leader. In response, Mishra assured the party members to extend all possible support for development of the State.
