The Kali Puja celebration has started amidst much fervour and togetherness here.
While a large number of devotees thronged Bhadrakali village on the outskirts of Bhadrak town, seven pandals erected in Charampa have started attracting people from in and outside the district. Various opera parties are scheduled to perform plays to add more entertainment of the people. Elaborate security arrangements have been made to maintain law and order situation on the occasion.
