Balangir-based cultural organisation Kalashree Art Academy held its seventh edition of song and dance festival Jharial here at the Jayadev Bhavan on Sunday evening. Manjushri Tripathy, Meera Panda, Bandita Das, Debashri Tripathy and Pratap Acharya opened the stage with a group song performance. The evening also witnessed Behela Badan by Monali Priyagiri and Aradhana Das and Odishi dance presentations. Founder and secretary of the organisation Guru Alok Das, in his welcome address, said the objective of holding such programmes in the capital city. Arjun Charan Samal, Deepak Das and journalist Nageshwar Patnaik were present as the guests in the programme. Tushar Ranjan Barik coordinated the event.
