The Kalanjali Artistry Trust, led by India Award winner Rameswari Nanda, will organise “Mr. Mrs. and Miss Odisha” State-level beauty pageant-2021 contest at Gopalpur-on-Sea in Ganjam district.
Nanda said in a Press release that candidates interested to participate in any one of the three categories may register their name soon.
The trust is making all preparatory works to organise the mega contest to encourage and unearth the local talents among the female folk, she added.
In addition to “Mr., Mrs. and Miss Odisha” contest, the trust will also organise for the first time a fashion show exclusively for “differently-abled” persons under the banner “YES WE CAN” slogan who have so far been neglected and undermined by the society.
The competition will certainly boost the morale of the disabled people and provide inspiration to dare and grow further, she added.
She further said that, preparation for both the events is in full swing.
Mention may be made that, Nanda did Odisha proud by winning the ‘Brand Ambassador of Mumbai Global For Odisha-2020’ and ‘Best Body Beauty Crown’ in a national level beauty contest recently.
