Kandhamal MP Achyuta Samanta on Friday reviewed the works of officials of district and block levels and advised them to address the most pressing problems of the district like education, health etc, in tandem with the people's representatives.
Samanta discussed with them various issues after having directly mixing with the people and sought timely service to the people so that the people won't have to move round in any office or lodge grievances with higher authorities.
He also asked the officials to make a list of about 8,000 unemployed youths and organise a job fair by calling 20-25 companies in the district. He also stressed on keeping all offices clean.
Among others, Collector Dr Brunda D, Additional Collector Basanta Kumar Sahu, DRDA PD Buswanath Barik were present.
