More than 300 budding talents of Keonjhar district performed in a two-day colorful cultural show, titled as Spiritza Fest, sponsored by the Union Ministry of Culture and Spiritza Dance Academy.
Keonjhar MLA Mohan Charan Majhi, president, MSP steel,Debabrata Swain, secretary, Progressive Citizens Forum Gyanaranjan Mishra inaugurated the festival at Samskruti Bhawan while DFO, Keonjhar D Dhanraj Hanumant, Malaya Mohapatra, Rajlaxmi Swain, Rekharani Mishra graced the festival as guests on the closing ceremony.
Classical dance like Odishi, Sambalpuri folk dance, Santali tribal dance, contemporary and patriotic dance were presented by the students.
The festival was coordinated by dance director Aryan and managing director, Spiritza, Pragatika Mohanty. Various competitions were also held among children and certificates and prizes were distributed among the winners.
