The National Youth Project (NYP) organised a seminar on ‘Justice for all means peace for all’ while observing the 86th birth anniversary of Gandhian SN Subba Rao at the Buddha Temple premises here on Friday.
The meeting was chaired by NYP State head Madhusudan Das. Speakers at the meet viewed that one cannot find peace if there is no justice which can lead to violence in the society. For Subba Rao, ‘no’ to alcohol and economic justice to the poorest are the primary concerns, said the speakers, adding that the veteran Gandhian, who heads the NYP at the national level, is still young in mind and action.
“The onus lies in the custodian of the constitution to ensure justice for the common mass; else anarchy will devastate the society. On the other hand only youth can bring changes as they are the reservoir of energy and source of power,” opined the guests.
