Union Tribal Affairs Minister Jual Oram on Sunday assured the All Odisha ESI Beneficiaries Association that he would take steps for establishment of the proposed ESI Medical College at Andharua on the outskirts of the city.
Attending a conference of the association, the Minister said he would take up the matter with the concerned Union Ministry very soon.
The conference presided over by association president Rasanta Sahoo was attended by Editor of Subarta Pradyumna Satpathy and Nalco Executive Director (HR) Ashok Kumar Sahoo as other guests. Association joint secretary Nanda Kishore Sahoo delivered welcome address.
Among others, association chief advisor Madan Mohan Dhal, advisor Er Abhay Kumar Samantaray, and Executive member Suresh Chandra Behera were present. About five hundred beneficiaries were present.
