Sambalpur-based JSW BPSL has been certified as a Great Place to Work after a successful completion of assessment conducted by Great Place to Work Institute, India.
The company has achieved this feat in their first attempt.
The Great Place to Work is a global authority on assessment, audit and recognition of high-trust, high-performance culture at workplaces for more than 3 decades across all leading economies in the world. They have, during last more than 30 years, have assessed thousands of leading companies, surveying millions of employees and examining more than 10,000 organisations vying for securing a certification of Great Place to Work, covering corporates, Government organisations, non-profit and others in more than 60 countries across six continents.
It’s a great honour for JSWBPSL to achieve the feat in their first attempt where close to a thousand employees were randomly surveyed across the functions, levels and locations and audited on dimensions namely Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Camaraderie which leads to high trust and high performance culture.
