The JSW Foundation under its CSR activities and philanthropy initiative supplied relief materials to the flood-affected people of Tirtol and Kujanga blocks on Monday.
A JSW press release informed that the initiative had been undertaken in collaboration with Jagatsinghpur civil administration, PRIs representatives and volunteers. The relief materials included biscuits, milk powder, matchboxes, sanitary napkins, candles, mosquito coil, and dry foods.
The relief distribution drive was organized in Hansura, Zillanasi, and Badabalikani villages on Monday under the active supervision of the JSW officials. Later, the company senior officers Biswa Patnaik, Abhijit Mohanty, Narendra Kumar Barik, Subash Parida, Pinaki Mohanty met Jagatsinghpur district Collector Parul Patwari, ADM Jagatsinghpur, Sub Collector, BDOs Kujanga and Tirtol and assured to provide more reliefs in coming days.
