A student of the Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jharsuguda died of dengue at the SCB Medical College Hospital of Wednesdaymorning.
According information, Bishal Dhuruwa (7), a resident of Railway Colony, was suffering from dengue for the last three days. He was initially treated at the Railway Hospital here. He was shifted to the SCB on Monday. Besides, other two persons have also been affected by the vector-borne dengue and admitted at the VSS Burla Media and the Kolkata Gardenrich Railway Hospital, respectively.
CDMO Damayanti Sahoo said no information was received from the Railway authorities yet regarding death of the student due to dengue.
