On the allegation of acquisition of assets disproportionate to the known sources of income by Junior Engineer, Raghunathpur block, Jagatsinghpur, Tribikram Samantray, the Vigilance sleuth of Cuttack division on Wednesday raided his and his relatives’ houses and office and found his assets worth Rs 1,33,20,939.
The places raided include his two triple-storied building at Kheras village, house at native village Badabalikani, Kujang, office room at Raghunathpur and house of relatives at Harispur, Raghunathpur.
Besides, Samantray was in possession of a shop, a Hyundai Verna car, a Tata Indica car, two Mahindra Maximo Pick-up vans, an auto rickshaw, two motorcycles, spice-making machineries with spices stock, deposits in different banks, gold ornaments, cash and costly household articles.
