Basing on the allegations of acquisition of assets disproportionate to the known sources of income by Assistant Engineer (R and B) Section, Balikuda, Jagatsinghpur, Ramesh Chandra Mishra, the Vigilance conducted raids at various locations in Bhubaneswar and Jagatsinghpur on Wednesday and traced is assets of Rs1, 33, 69,444.
The locations raided include Mishra’s rented house located at Housing Board Colony, Baramunda, Bhubaneswar, newly constructed double storied building at Jagamara, Bhubaneswar, newly constructed double storied building at Jayabada, Jagatsinghpur, house at native village Dihashaibiri, Biridi, house of relative at Purohitapur village Jagatsinghpur, house of relative at village Mandilo, Jagatsinghpur, his Government quarter at R&B Colony and office room.
Similarly in another case, the Vigilance raided multiple locations concerning the disproportionate assets of Block Education Officer, Dharakote Block, Ganjam, Judhistir Dalai. Dalai’s residential building located at Block Colony, Hinjilicut, Ganjam, paternal house at Nandiagada, Kabisuryanagar, Ganjam, office chamber at Dharakote and residential building at Sriram Nagar, Brahmapur were simultaneously searched and his assets of Rs1, 05, 05, 239 traced.
