The Joda BJD, which was dormant for a long period of time, now seems to be active again after visit of observer for the Keonjhar district to Joda Bimbadhar Kuanr on last July 10.
After coming, he met with office bearers of Joda BJD town committee and different sections of people and chalked out plan with them as to how to strengthen the position of the party keeping in view the coming election.
When the members brought to his notice the problems faced by the BJD workers, he assured them to look after the same in future and advised them to work for the party forgetting the differences among them.
Sources close to Joda BJD secretary Deepak Satpathy, the party will stage dharna in the block office on July 15 demanding paddy MSP hike.
A meeting was held in this connection presided over by Jitendrab Jaiswal, president, Joda town BJD committee and attended by Niranjan Bahidar and Kati Mohanty (MP representatives),Hrushikesh Jena, Sushanta Kar among others.
