Television actress Pralipta Priyadarshini Samal alias Jessy, who was arrestedon Tuesday by the Soro police on the charge of abetment to the suicide of actor Ranjit Patnaik alias Raja, underwent polygraph test at the State Forensic Science laboratory (SFlC) at Rasulgarh here on Wednesday.
Jessy was brought here for the lie detection test from the Soro jail. Sources said she underwent the test for six hours.
She has been arrested under Section 306 (abetment) of Indian Penal Code (IPC).
Jessy is now lodged at the Soro jail after her bail petition was rejected by the Soro JMFC Court.
On Tuesday, Jessy, event coordinator Pralay Jena and driver Dhaneswar Behera had been brought to the SFSl for polygraph test. However, the officials had to reschedule the test due to a technical glitch in the testing device.
