The 8th annual general body meeting of the Jayadev Walkers’ Club, Khandagiri was held here on Wednesday. Club vice-president DN Satapathy gave the welcome address. President Sundara Narayana Patro presided. Manju Mishra introduced the guests. Cardiologist Dr Manoranjan Jena from AMRI Hospital attended as chief speaker and spoke on the theme, ‘Management for heart failure.’
A health checkup camp was held by the AMRI Hospital on the occasion. Annual activity report was read by club secretary Dr Pabitra Kumar Mohanta. Keshab Chnadra Das joined as chief guest. Among others, OFDC DM Rudramani Sahoo spoke. Office bearers of the club were elected. New members were introduced by Ashok Kumar Raut.
