Jajpur MP Rita Tarai fractured her right leg after slipping and falling on the road at Kaliapani under Sukinda block in Jajpur district during the BJD‘s Jana Samparak Padyatra on Sunday.
The MP was admitted in the Tata hospital at Sukinda, said her husband Santosh Tarai. A team of doctors would conduct a surgery on her right leg on Monday, hospital sources said. Sukinda MlA Pritiranjan Ghadai and other BJD leaders met the MP in the hospital.
