The bail petition of Odisha Jan Morcha (OJM) secretary general Jagneswar Babu was rejected by the Additional Special Judge (Vigilance) here on Monday.
Babu was arrested on May 1 by Vigilance police on the charge of financial irregularities involving disbursement of a loan of Rs 36.18 crore to the Bijayananda Cooperative Sugar Mills in Balangir in his capacity as president of the Odisha State Cooperative Bank (OSCB). PNS
