Jharsuguda district Collector Saroj Kumar Samal has directed to solve problems on road sale coal transportation within two days on Tuesday.
On his query about reducing linkage of road sale coal transport by two big industrial houses, i.e. Vedanta Limited and Bhusan Power and Steel Ltd, the representatives of both factories took the alibi of poor quality of coal for discontinuance of road sale transportation.
Not satisfied with the reply, district Collector Samal said that when coal is transported from the same mine by road sale and rail wagon, how the quality of coal transported by rail is better than coal by road sale transportation.
