Itish warns of a counter-attack

Published on:

The dissidence in the State Congress came to the fore again on Monday when former Student Congress State president Itish Pradhan warned of a counter-attack for dissolving the unit before one month of its due date. “The Student Congress was dissolved in a conspiracy as we vouched for making Niranjan Patnaik as the next PCC president. Those who were preaching ‘me not we’ gave false information that we are joining the BJP and then dissolved the Student Congress unit,” Pradhan said obviously targeting PCC president Prasad Harichandan at a Press conference here. He even went on to say they (ousted Student leaders) would counter-attack the offenders at the right time. “We will not let the ‘me not we’ talkers come out of their houses at an appropriate time,” threatened Pradhan.

Those who were preaching ‘me not we’ have become ‘we not me’, said Itish.
