The foundation stone-laying ceremony of a new building of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Cuttack Bench would be held near the Odisha Judicial Academy, CDA Sector-1 here on November 19.
A galaxy of very eminent personalities like Chief Justice of India Justice Dipak Misra, Union law and Justice and Electronic and Information Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, Union Petroleum and Natural Gas and Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Orissa High Court Chief Justice Vineet Saran, Union law Secretary Suresh Chandra and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal President GD Agarwal would grace the occasion.
All Odisha Tax Bar Association president Satya Narayan Sahu and general secretary Basudev Panda informed about the programme at a Press conference here on Friday. They expressed their happiness that the tribunal is going to have its own building.
