Income Tax officials on Wednesday raided a well-known jewellery establishment at its 11 branch showrooms in the country including Bhubaneswar and Brahmapur in Odisha.
Reports said the raid was conducted following allegation of tax evasion and black money transaction.
Among other places, the Income Tax officials carried out raids at the showrooms in Kolkata, Vishakhapatnam and Mumbai.
Verification of stocks and other documents were underway during the raid, the reports added.
