The Indian National Trade Union Congress (INTUC) State branch celebrated the foundation day of the body at its office premises here on Sunday. Presiding over a meeting held on the occasion, INTUC State president and former MP Dr Rama Chandra Khuntia said the body would continue its struggle to ensure pension and other social securities of all labourers, to remove child labour practices and bring an end to issues like unemployment and exploitations. The former MP also slammed the Narendra Modi Government at the Centre for its anti-farmers and anti-labourers policy and activities.
