The Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) Business Excellence Summit on the ‘Innovating Business’ second day began on Saturday with a panel discussion on the theme “Invest, Innovate and Integrate”.
CDS Development Centre LLP Co-Founder and CEO Saurav Mohanty, BiziBean Co-founder Aharnish Mishra, Sequoia Fitness and Sports Technology Co-Founder and CEO Sujit Panigrahi and Lenovo Eastern India and Overseas General Manager Naveen Kejriwal served as panelists for the session. The second half of the summit began with a panel discussion on the theme “Globalisation in business”. IBM Sales VP Prativa Mohapatra, Infosys Utilities, resources and energy sector VP and Business head Binny Mathews and Partner at Deloitte Debabrat Mishra emphasized the significance of imbibing a global mindset to survive in the ever-changing business world.
The discussion was followed by an interactive Q and A session. During a simultaneous leadership talk delivered by L&T Financial Services Analytics Head Ashesh Kumar spoke about delivering value proposition through analytics.
