The Eastern Odisha Industrial Development Council held its second annual function at its office premises here on Sunday with Council president Golekh Chandra Nayak presiding over the event. Excise Minister Damodar Rout attended the event as the chief guest and applauded the council for its public welfare role and various social reforms activities.
Trade union leader Bibhuti Ranjan Panda, Paradip Municipality Chairperson Manjulata Jena, Dhinkia gram panchayat Sarpanch Manasi Nayak and educationist Brahmananda Behera joined the event as guests of honour. Council secretary Suresh Chandra Behera read out the annual report while vice-president Deepak Swain gave vote of thanks.
