A private apartment and a building of the polytechnic institute near the ITI are taken on rent for use as hostels for boys and girls.

The permanent campus of the IISER is under construction at laudigaon in Ganjam district.

A total of 67 aspirants were intimated to enrol for admission in the 2016-17 academic year.

While 64 students have been admitted, the remaining three are in the waiting list. The classes will be commencing from August 4.
