While addressing the inaugural session of the master class programme on the new Companies Act, ICSI Bhubaneswar Chapter Chairman A Acharya spoke about the importance and significance of the new law for the company secretaries.
In order to get a complete understanding of various provisions of the new Act and the rules, the ICSI Bhubaneswar chapter has started its master class programme to build up capacity of the members for discharging their duties effectively, he added.
The 30 master class programmes will cover almost all the provisions of the new Act.
During the full day programme, eminent speakers Corporate lawyer from Hyderabad lVV Iyer and Practising Company Secretary, Kolkata Mamta Binani addressed.
