The Rotary Club of Brahmapur (RCB) in collaboration with the Brahmapur Marwari Mahila Samiti and Bheshaj Clinic organised a mega health awareness camp on “Breast and Cervix Cancer” here on Sunday.President of Marwari Mahila Samiti Ruby Khemani said hundreds ofbreast and cervix cancer patients attended the camp to avail thebenefits free consultations given by a team of specialised doctors. The locals hailed the efforts made by the Mahila Samiti and the RotaryClub Managing Committee for their noble endeavour for the cause ofhumanity.
Among those present in the mega healthcare camp included RCB president Rotarian T Parthasarathy Tankala, Dr Bishmita Mallik from the Department of Oncology and Gyanecology of MKCG Medical College and Hospital, Dr Saroj Kumar Dash from the Department of Oncology (Cancer) of MKCG, project chairman Rotarian Madhusmita Sahu, president of Marwari Mahila Samiti Ruby Khemani and several other healthcare professionals.
