A team carrying birth soil of Netaji Subhas Bose from Cuttack was officially declared as State guests by the Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh. Three senior officers were deputed to coordinate a welcome ceremony for the team. Earlier the team members were given a red carpet welcome at the official residence of Singh where his whole Cabinet colleagues were present. Team head and Utkal Bikash Juba Parisad president Debiprasad Prusti said that the nationwide yatra is meant for declassification of files related to Netaji by the Prime Minister Office. Singh praised the volunteers for their efforts. Netaji’s photograph was displayed and patriotic songs were played at the welcome ceremony. The team members included Akhil Nayak, Madhusmita Behera , Mana Mohini Sahu , Ambrish Banchhor , Sukanti Kena, Dibyalochan Nayak and Sujata Pradhan, besides Prusti.
