The Viswa Hindu Parisad (VHP) Phulbani unit on Sunday demanded Narco analysis test of a former Rajya Sabha member and an Archbishop for their alleged involvement in the murder of VHP leader Swami laxamananda Saraswati six years ago.
“We demand immediate Narco analysis on the two persons as it was suspected that they plotted the murder of Swami laxmanananda Saraswati,” said Jalespata ashram chief Jibana Muktananda here at a meeting organised to mark the completion of 50 years of the VHP.
The meeting which was attended by Pranta member of Aditya Vahini of Gobardhana Pitha Puri Mahesh Bhai, Utkal Pranta chief Harishchandra Pradhan, RSS Bibagha Pracharak Sanatan Majhi and Ganpati Bhai of Bajarang Dal held intense delibrations on the proceedings of the case against the accused.
They focussed on the safety and security of Hindus in the country and remembered the achievements of Swamiji in developing the socioeconomic and educational status of poor and downtrodden people in the district.
