Vigilance, Phulbani Special Judge convicted Hatipalli UGME School headmaster of Boudh district Narendra Kumar Mukhi in a fund bungling case and sentenced him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 3 years. Mukhi had received Rs 2, 90,600 for construction of additional class room in school and utilization in NPEGEl (National Programme for Education of Girl’s at Elementary level) activities. He misappropriated Rs 1, 89,425.
