Umarkote town continued to experience witness spells of heavy rainfall since Sunday throwing normal life out of gear.
Several parts of the sub-divisional town were waterlogged, as a result of which the vehicular traffic was severely disrupted.
There was a flood-like situation at the old bus-stand leading to traffic snarls and chaos for the whole day on Monday.
The overflowing drains due to lack of sanitation drive by the municipality authorities made life more miserable.
