The HCG Panda Cancer Centre on Sunday launched its first cancer centre in Odisha here with a comprehensive radiation therapy facility. The advanced radiation centre was inaugurated by Health Minister Dr Damodar Rout.
HCG Group Chairman Dr BS Ajaikumar said, “We are happy to partner with Dr KS Panda, a leading oncologist in Odisha, and launch the comprehensive radiation centre in Odisha, which has been lacking access to quality cancer care.” Cancer centre Director Dr KS Panda said, “The incidence of cancer is on the rise with lifestyle factors and increasing age.”
