In at least three cheating cases registered against him at three different police stations in Koraput district, Seashore Group of Companies CMD Prashant Dash was granted conditional bail by the Orissa High Court on Monday.
The cases have been filed against Dash by three individuals separately at the police stations of Semiliguda, Jeypore and Koraput in which Dash has been charged with duping them of a total of around Rs 60 lakh.
Dash has been arrested by the Economic Offence Wing (EOW) of the State Crime Branch police in 2013 and is facing several cases of cheating and duping investors to the tune of over Rs 500 crore.
