The Orissa High Court on Wednesday sought the case diary (CD) in the case of BJD MlA Pravat Ranjan Biswal, who was arrested by the CBI last month, in connection with his alleged links with the Seashore chit fund scam.
The MlA had moved the High Court on Tuesday for bail on grounds of ill health.
Justice Biswanath Rath taking up the bail application of the political leader, who is now in judicial custody and undergoing treatment at the SCB Medical College Hospital here, adjourned the case to be heard again next week after getting the case diary.
