The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI)
Bhubaneswar Chapter organised the inaugural of a three-day national
seminar on “Cost Excellence: A Sustainable Business Strategy”.
Governor Prof Ganeshi Lal inaugurated the seminar as chief guest.
Nalco CMD, CA Sridhar Patra, president , ICAI, H Padmanabhan,
Council Member and Chairman (CAT, International Affairs , Public
Relations Committee and AAT Board ) Niranjan Mishra, Council
Member and Chairman, Committee on Cost Management for Public and
Govt Services NK Singh and Chairman, ICAI - Bhubaneswar
Chapter Himoj Mishra were present as guests of honor. To
commemorate the 3-day seminar, the Governor released souvenir “The
Xtramile”.
There was also a technical session on “Cost Excellence: Power
Generation.” Council Member and Chairman , Management Accounting
Commiitee Niraj D Joshi, former president, ICAI, DC Bajaj, Director,
IPMT, REC Ltd, Hyderabad, Er Amresh Kumar, Chairman , PD
Committee and Past Chairman , ICAI, Bhubaneswar Saktidhar
Singh participated in the discussion
Himoj Mishra extended formal a vote of thanks in the inaugural session
and Chairman PD Committee Saktidhar Singh extended formal vote of
thanks in the technical session .
More than 500 participants from all over India joined the event.
