He interacted with some pre-primary and primary school students and
even took a tribal baby girl by his arm.

In a dialogue with the students of Ekalabya Model Residential School (EMRS), Siriguda, he explained the sacrifice of Ekalavya through Guru Dakshina to Dronacharya and inspired them to be one like Ekalavya.

He visited several institutions and met with different individuals till his departure by train by 11 PM and got appraised of several issues of the district.

“His simplicity got reflected when he decided to move by train to Koraput, then by road from Koraput to Rayagada and on foot to the agricultural field of tribal woman farmers. He did all this in an area infested with Left Wing Extremism,” said farmer entrepreneur from Kolnara Rashmi Ranjan Dora.

Members of SAKSHAM(a facilitating organisation, working for Divyangs) namely Dipak Rout, Dr Badal Tah, Rama Chandra Sahu, Bijaya Mishra, Shyam Kumar Das and Bidya Bhusan Panda met him and requested him to instruct the district administration to establish a District Disability Rehabilitation Centre(DDRC) and a Divyang Seva Kendra, besides other pro-Dibyang measures in the district.
