For smooth conduct of Plus II annual examinations 2015 scheduled to begin from March 2 (Theory test), the State Government has issued guidelines to all the colleges and asked them to follow them, failing which stringent action would be taken against those responsible.
According to the standard operating procedure (SOP) issued by the Higher Education Department, question papers will be sent to all the hubs before two days of the examinations from where the same will be sent to the colleges between 6 am to 9 am on the day of examination.
The centre Superintendent will open the question papers in presence of invigilator and observer before 15 minutes of the test. Furthermore, all the hubs where question papers and answer sheets will be preserved will be under CCTV and police surveillance.
As per the SOP, the Hub supervisor will be held responsible if the CCTV fails to function at any cost.
