Vigilance sleuths on Tuesday arrested Krupasindhu Sahu, Branch Manager of the Odisha Gramya Bank, Gadisagada Branch in Puri district on the charge of taking bribe of Rs 8,000 for sanction of a Nabard loan.
Nrusingha Charan Samantaray of Jodapadar under Gadisagada police station in Puri district had lodged a complaint in this regard. Accordingly, the Vigilance officers laid a trap and caught Sahu red -handed while he was accepting the bribe amount in his office room. Investigation of the case is continuing, official release informed.
