The State Government on Friday submitted in sealed covers the report of the Taskforce headed by senior bureaucrat Taradatt and the State Cabinet’s resolution on the issue to the Odisha High Court in response to an earlier notice arising out of a PIl. Converting a letter petition into the PIl, the High Court last week had asked the Government to submit the Taskforce report and the action-taken report in sealed covers. Seeking a CBI inquiry, the petitioner has alleged irregularities pertaining to allotment of plots and houses by various Government agencies under the Discretionary Quota.
