A one-day training programme was held here on Tuesday in which Government employees were taught to compute new salaries, as sanctioned as per the 7th Pay Commission Recommendations, to load them in the HRMS portal appropriately.
Around 500 staffs of 250 offices participated in the programme held jointly by the General Administration Department and the Centre for Modernising Government Initiative (MGMI). ADM MM Pani stressed that employees adopt 3Ts (Technology, Transparency and Ream work) for accomplishing tasks smoothly.
The staffs were given training how the new salarieswould be calculated flawlessly. The trainers also explained the procedures for feeding data in the HRMS portal. HRMS District Coordinator Apurbanada Ray and several other officials were present.
The staffs were given training in five different batches.
