A five-year-old unknown girl child’s dead body was found near the Paradip sea beach on Tuesday. The body was discovered by people when dogs were trying to eat it up.
The girl’s head was separated from the body which created suspicion of murder.
Police were not showing interest to investigate the case after the incident was reported to them by locals.
In the past, the Paradip police also failed to solve the cases of burglaries. The theft of valuables of well-known local medical practitioner Dr Pabitra Adhikary is still a mystery since last six months with the doctor running from pillar to post in the police hierarchy without any results.
