Ganjam Collector Vijay Amruta Kulange on Thursday launched a helpline number to provide a 24X7 grievance redressal system.
Kulange said the district administration has provided mobile number 9437563800 to attend to various grievances of public and officials would be engaged to receive the same.
Citizens who are unable to avail any government facilities in the district or are being harassed by the government officials can directly contact on the given number through call or WhatsApp or SMS, he added.
Kulange also assured that the grievances of the citizens would be heard, immediate steps would be taken and they would be informed if there is any legal solution of the issue.
The service would work from August 26.
Among others, ADM Laxmikant Sethi and DIPRO Biranchi Narayan Pradhan were present.
