Inspired by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s clean governance, many BJP, Congress and other parties’ workers of the Digapahandi and Sanakhemundi areas in Ganjam district joined the BJD on Wednesday.
A meeting for the purpose was held at the Ganjam district BJD office in the presence of Brahmapur MP Chandra Shekhar Sahu, Aska MP Mamta Bishoi, BJD district president Ramesh Chandra Chaou Pattnaik, vice-president R Murali Mohan, secretary Jogendra Swain, Jagannath Sabat, Mukund Gadh, Digapahandi block vice-president M Niranjan Reddy, party district women’s wing leader Amarali Mohan and several other leaders.
